Data processed through strictly necessary cookies are processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: “processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract” and “processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”. As these cookies are necessary for the website to work, they do not require your consent.
If non-essential analytics, functional or marketing cookies are used in the future, they will only be activated with your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK.
Data obtained through cookies are processed for the purposes of ensuring the security and technical operation of the website, improving the visitor experience and responding correctly to your quote requests, in a manner that is relevant, limited and proportionate to these purposes.

06Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data have been transferred,
- Request correction if the data are incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK, and request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
- Object to a result to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
