Container Technical Specifications and Datasheet
All the technical details of our standard container – from the weld-free galvanised frame to panel insulation, from door sizes to the electrical installation. All materials are TSE certified.
A rust-resistant, weld-free, insulated module
In brief
Our containers are made with a bolted load-bearing frame produced from galvanised / galvalume sheet by laser cutting and press-brake bending, 50 mm polyurethane-insulated sandwich wall panels, a 40 mm polyurethane-insulated corrugated roof panel and a PVC floor on 14 mm fibre cement. They are designed for 80 kg/m² snow and 102 km/h wind, and come with a 2-year warranty.
Why weld-free galvanised steel?
Our standard production uses no black steel, cold-rolled (DKP) sheet or welding. Welding burns and damages the galvanised coating; because we do not weld, the coating stays intact and the frame is protected against corrosion. Bolted connections also make it easier to dismantle and reinstall the modules.

Are your containers welded?
No. Our standard production uses no black steel, cold-rolled (DKP) sheet or welding. The load-bearing frame is built with a bolted (weld-free) system from profiles made of galvanised / galvalume sheet by laser cutting and press-brake bending. This structure is corrosion resistant and very strong.
What are the standard container dimensions?
Our containers are made in standard sizes of 2.40 × 5.98 × 2.50 m and 3.00 × 7.00 × 2.50 m. The clear internal height is 2280 mm.
How much does a container weigh?
The empty weight is approximately 1150 kg for the 2.40 × 5.98 m model and 1450 kg for the 3.00 × 7.00 m model.
How are the walls and roof insulated?
The walls use sandwich panels with approx. 50 mm polyurethane (PUR) insulation, and the roof uses 40 mm polyurethane-insulated corrugated sandwich roof panels. The panels are fire class B1.
How are snow, wind and earthquake loads calculated?
Containers are designed for an 80 kg/m² snow load and 102 km/h wind speed according to TS 498 and TS EN 1991. Earthquake calculations are based on the acceleration values of the installation site, using the Turkish Building Earthquake Code 2018; for projects outside Türkiye, local requirements are reviewed at the quotation stage.
Can containers be stacked?
The standard container is designed for single-storey use. For multi-storey buildings a static calculation is carried out, and the structure is manufactured with increased profile thicknesses and supports.
How long is the warranty?
Our products come with a 2 years warranty. All materials used in manufacturing are TSE certified (Turkish Standards Institution).
What is the delivery time?
Shipment begins within 20 working days of contract approval and receipt of payment. Lead times are shorter for models in stock.
Do you deliver outside Türkiye?
Yes. Containers are shipped from our factory in Kocaeli, either fully assembled (monoblock) or as flat packs that take up much less space in transport. Shipping, insurance, delivery terms and on-site installation scope are set out in the quotation.
